PROJECT FLOW OVERVIEW

At AM Structures, we’ve honed our project flow to perfection, ensuring exemplary service that consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations. Explore below for an overview of our streamlined process, designed to bring clarity, efficiency, and success to every project we undertake.

Step 1
Project Intake

Things we'll need from you:

  • Project Address
  • System Layout & Dimension
  • Existing Conditions and/or Structural Drawings
  • Initial Deposit to Initiate the Project
Step 2
Initial Design

The project commences with Design & Drawings based on your specifications and our recommendations.

When completed, a preliminary Draft Set of the Drawings will be emailed to you for review. Only one Draft Set will be provided, unless any additional sets are warranted at our discretion.

Step 3
Review & Site Verifications

After you verify layout and dimensions, you'll approve the Draft Set or provide final comments/needed revisions. AM Structures then reviews and updates the Set based on your feedback and field measurements. Once the final Set is delivered, you will receive the final invoice for the project.

Step 4
Sign & Seal

Once the final invoice has been paid, we'll Sign & Seal structural drawings as well as relevant calculations (if included in Initial Scope). Next, we provide you with an electronic copy. If desired, physical copies can be added for an additional fee.
